Director Anurag Kashyap has not disappointed in providing a masterpiece. With stars like Saif Ali Khan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Pankaj Tripathi the series was a treat to Indian fans.
The story revolves around police officer Sartaj Singh and a gangster Ganesh Gaitonde. Sartaj receives a call from Ganesh informing that the glorious Mumbai city will be destroyed in 25 days and he is the only person who can save it. With the past how Ganesh Gaitonde rises to a gang boss and with the present how Sartaj Singh follows the clues to save the city, the series never failed to amaze us.
DELHI CRIME
Based on the 2012 Delhi gang rape case, Delhi Crime follows the investigation of Delhi police in finding the culprits who perpetrated this crime. The story deals with aftermath of the gang rape and the case which changed the Nation.
Delhi Crime is such a well made and brilliantly executed series. It is a sensitive story and the director handled it exceptionally well. There was many protests after the release of series which made the government to rethink the laws on rape. It is undoubtedly one of the best Indian series out there.
LITTLE THINGS
The series revolves around Kavya and Dhruv, a couple in a live-in relationship in Mumbai. The best feature of this show is the reality of a urban Indian life is depicted so beautifully. This is undoubtedly the finest romantic series in Netflix.
With three season up this is a perfect pick for a couple’s night with netflix. The chemistry between lead is so good and realistic that we always compare ourselves in their shoes. A must watch for light heart romantic flick.
YEH MERI FAMILY
With the backdrop of 1988 the story revolves around a middle child Harshu who struggles to manage with his school, family, friendship and other challenges of growing up. This show totally depicts the typical middle class family in the 1980's.
This show has everything, drama, emotion, comedy and it gives the blissful feel and takes back to our childhood days. Every character has done a great job in giving us heartwarming show.
BARD OF BLOOD
Another series with a huge star like Emraan Haashmi who plays the role of an ex Raw agent Kabir Anand, a courage analyst and a sleeper agent take on a covert rescue mission in Balochistan when four Indian spies are captured. The mission soon turn turns south and the company of Kabir faces the wrath of his past.
As soon as the release of Bard of Blood it was widely compared and criticized with similar genre series The Family Man which was released on Amazon Prime. They both deals with terrorism but the adventure is different.
